DOUGLAS N. FIRTEL, ESQ.

Douglas N. Firtel, a Connecticut native, is the owner of Closing Management, LLC.  He is an attorney licensed in the State of Connecticut and has been practicing law since 1991.  He received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and graduated Emory University School of Law in 1991.  He moved back to Connecticut after law school to begin his career and raise his family.  He worked in several traditional law firms as an associate and then partner before starting Closing Management, LLC.  Having spent most of his career concentrating on real estate transactions, he created Closing Management, LLC with the vision of offering lenders, consumers and real estate professionals a one stop shop for all of their closing needs. Seeing the need for a real estate title and closing practice offering specialized services to its clients, Closing Management, LLC has been an industry leader since it was formed in 2000. 

KRISTYN L. GADWAH

Kristyn L. Gadwah is the manager of Closing Management, LLC.  She has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the residential real estate closing industry.  She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport Law School earning a pre-law degree in 1990.  Her career began in San Diego, California working as an escrow officer for a company now known as Chicago Title Insurance Company.  Two years later she relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado earning a position with First American Heritage Title Insurance Company as a closer.  Eventually yearning to return to her roots here in Connecticut, she began working as a paralegal for a law firm in West Hartford center and with diligent hard work was promoted to supervisor of the residential real estate department.  It was a year later that Attorney Douglas N. Firtel was hired to run the same department and they both shared the vision of creating a company of bundled services similar to those on the west coast.
